By completing a wine club registration form and returning it to us, you authorise Thirroul Cellars to enrol you in the Wine Club and to debit your credit card with the cost of your wine. You authorise Thirroul Cellars to hold a copy of your credit card details.

Credit cards details are provided for the purchase of the wine and their delivery costs (if any) only. All details are maintained with strict confidentiality. Members can make additional purchases using the credit card provided on file.

You are certifying that you are 18 years or older and all the wines you are purchasing are not for resale by a licenced person.

Payment must be by Visa, Amex, or Mastercard unless other arrangements are agreed. Payments will be debited on the first Monday of every month 2 days prior to despatch.

You may skip or cancel a delivery at any time up to two weeks prior to despatch; please just give us written notice.

Delivery
Delivery of goods will be the first Wednesday of every month up until 5pm.

Thirroul Cellars does not accept a P.O. Box as a delivery address. Goods may also be collected from our premises. Please give detailed delivery instructions as risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods. Thirroul Cellars will not be obliged to deliver goods to you if your delivery instructions are not correct, and as such will be available for collection in store.

All deliveries unless local are via Australia Post.

Privacy
Your privacy is the utmost importance to us. The wine club will NOT sell, distribute or release any of your personal details to any third party organisation. Your details, unless otherwise specified by you, will not be used for any other purpose other than that stipulated for the use of your wine club membership. We will use the details provided by you to process, pack and deliver your membership wines to you only.
